I stayed at Yats Colony from December 4–6 and booked a Yats Colive room because I was bringing a baby. I expected a spacious room, complete amenities, and a more spacious bed and bathroom to enhance our comfort.
However, upon check-in on December 4th around 2:00 PM, after entering my room and starting to enjoy the facilities, I discovered the refrigerator wasn't cooling at all and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I had technicians check it several times, but even after 2–3 hours, the condition remained the same. Since I was bringing a baby, a cool room and a functioning refrigerator were crucial for our comfort.
I eventually requested a room change. Unfortunately, the room I was given was smaller and only had twin beds. I had actually requested a queen bed for more comfort with my baby, but they explained that the room had to be reserved for guests who booked on the spot. This was quite disappointing, as my expectation of a comfortable and enjoyable stay was to reassure me, as I had experienced previously.
I appreciated the complimentary dessert offered, but I felt the compensation wasn't commensurate with the room amenities I had to sacrifice.
