Mohon maaf check-in agak lama, nunggu di lobby sekitar 30 menit baru dapet kunci. Padahal dah dikasih tahu mau check in jamber harusnya stand by. Udah beberapa kali mengubungi kontak yang tertera di aplikasi, ngasih nama lengkap saya, tapi responnya kedengeran santai-santai. Sampai kamar, cek sana sini ternyata di kasur ada rambut-rambut dan debu-debu halus. Seprei dan selimut belum dicuci dan bau. Lemari kayaknya dah rusak juga soalnya pintu lemari sebelah kanannya gak bisa digeser. Kamar mandi kurang peremajaan, showernya dah lama dan retak-retak, semprotan wc duduk bocor, jadi harus nyemprot/cebok pake shower karena gak ada ember atau gayung cadangan. AC gak terlalu dingin di siang hari karena ada jendela yang gak bisa ditutup jadi dinginnya kehantam sama udara masuk dari jendela rusak itu. Televisi gak bisa ditonton krena salurannya kresek kresek. Handuk hanya ada 1. Dari semua kekurangan itu, ada beberapa aja kelebihannya. Petugas ramah-ramah dan satu orang masnya bahkan bersedia nunggu kami check out lebih beberapa menit dari jam seharusnya karena temen saya masih mandi. Jadi kami ditungguin dan gak diburu-diburu keluar. Colokan listrik banyak, aqua galon masih penuh, perlengkapan dapur lumayan lengkap, suasananya tenang dan gak keganggu sama orang-orang ngmong mungkin kerena saya ada di lantai 12 kali ya. Itu aja. Overall, untuk harga segitu menurut saya wajar-wajar aja.
