Booked a single room, got a double room. Checked in at night, the room was not cleaned yet. In front of the room, the corridor leading to the house was packing up. In the morning, there was a very annoying noise.

The location is excellent, but unfortunately the room with air conditioning is slow to cool down and the toilet doesn't flow very well. But overall, it's okay for the price.

No staff speaks Thai. No staff during the said hours. No information on entry and exit, such as door code. I used the check-out service with a minor, meaning a child under 10 years old. The room said that there is a laundry service to contact the staff, but there was no staff to contact. Then the child pointed to go wash by yourself at the washing machine. The bathroom was not cleaned. And lastly, the guest who used the service had no manners. I understand that the room is not soundproof, but when you knocked on the wall, we woke up because of our snoring. I think it is not okay because if you accept the price of the accommodation, you must accept this point as well.
