The staff is very friendly, the hotel is near the beach, 3 minutes walk.

The hotel does not dare to allow early or late check-in even by 15 minutes, even though the road is raining, late check-out is not ok either. I will not come back.

The room is a bit overwhelming, amenities are reasonable for the price, quite close to the beach, old air-conditioned TV, crowded parking is quite difficult to get out without security.

I booked for 2 days, but actually only stayed for 1 day. The staff is OK, but the facilities are too rundown. The family room is a bit small, the fridge and air conditioner are so loud that I can't sleep, the elevator is small and doesn't have regular cleaning so it smells a bit, the common area is rundown. Overall, it's OK for a temporary stay.

Check in early (2 hours in advance), charge more money, ok, no problem. We rejected, then we went out to have lunch and back at 3pm. Sadly, when check in, they gave us wrong room (1 bed room) and said no family room (my booking room) anymore. If need upgrade family room, charge 50-100k more? Why. Don't know how they manage the booking like this. We have to wait around 1 hour for their checking and finally they gave us another family room without charge. Really disappointed for their customer service.

I felt really disappointed compared to what on the review website, the staff did not have any warmth at all, when checking in, the room was dark and mysterious, thanks to the exchange for another room, the teacher told me there was no room even though I stayed for 2 days without seeing any more guests, until late check out 1 hour, the extra charge was charged VND 100,000! Really never come back, ks outside very sparkling but nothing inside!

The room is quite clean, the bed is big, the receptionist is cute, there is a minus point where the shower is leaking water.

The location is a bit remote but there are cars, so it is convenient.

New clothes, new, polite, friendly hotel will come back
