Good access, very back to nature. A little suggestion: the bathroom equipment isn't quite right.

First impression when entering the lodging area is very unconvincing, many items and buildings look abandoned and there is no guard post or guest reception post. But for the rooms and location after being occupied, it is quite comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making the experience of staying more enjoyable. For handling when needed, the manager is responsive and responds quickly. My only suggestion is that it might be better to improve the initial part of the inn so that people don't judge when they only see it at the beginning. If I were to recommend this place to others, maybe a score of 7, but if I want to come here again, a score of 8.5, I hope that in the future the environment can be more organized.

The unit is a room using the attic. The unit is poorly maintained and the cleanliness is not worth the price paid. first impression entered the room, dusty and lots of cobwebs, There were cockroaches too, entered the bathroom, full of ants and lots of lizard droppings, very disappointed with the condition of the room, because I was tired of traveling on a motorbike from Jakarta to karas, I didn't want to bother anymore, I clean it yourself. In essence, the price paid is not commensurate with what is received. Better to find a homestay on the spot, you can check the room physically and negotiate the price.

Cottage booking is not the same as the cottage provided when it comes we ordered a cottage for 4 guests (in the picture 2 beds / room). Plus (balcony) reality only 1 room without balcony. When booking ask for 2 pieces, given 1 bed with a folding bed as an extra bed. When we complained the guard said the room was according to order. The condition of the cottage is not clean, many items are not useful for guests. The bathroom is a lot of used goods that have not yet been cleaned. And unfortunately again, there are insects in the nesting Tokok roofed in the cottage / roof without plapond / extope, thus disturbing our overnight rest.

Enjoyable stay here, the keeper'y friendly and very helpful

cool for families. it has big size bed and single bed with extra sliding bed. plus there are also another sofa bed available. it can hold up to 6 pax. if need more they have another room to be rented in 2nd floor. the location is just across the street to access batu karas beach. the kitchen is nice, all your cooking tools are there and ready to be used. water dispenser and refrigerator also available. perhaps adding microwave will be an extra :) cool... kids enjoying staying the night here...

one of the best homestay in Batu Karas. Just few walks to beach. Pak Warto (the keeper) is so helpful. We can ask for motorbike rent to him. They don't serve breakfast/food, but you can find a lot of restaurant in front of the hotel. If you come earlier from the check in hours, you can inform them, so they will prepare for you & inform if you can enter the room/should wait.

Recommendations for those looking for a romantic place,

The place is comfortable, it's just not cold air conditioning and often die alone. I think needs to be in-service. The view from the room or the garden on top of the hill was incredible.
