There's a lot of potential for improvement, but it's a shame the most crucial facility isn't available: water. The water was off on the second floor. At night, water suddenly came out of the bathtub in one of the rooms (not from the faucet), and the bathroom floor, which was level with the room, caused flooding. The water overflowed at inopportune times. When we showered in the morning and evening, no water came out at all. The water level in the first-floor room was also very low, unsuitable for a villa. The AC in the master bedroom was also hot, even though it was the largest room, but the AC was small and not cold enough. The pool wasn't very clean either. We chose to include breakfast. It was delicious and the portions were ample, but the service took a long time. The staff had already informed us that they were short-staffed. I appreciate the overall cleanliness of the villa. The floor mats were clean, and the staff were friendly and informative. I noticed that one of our guests had a birthday, and they prepared a surprise cake-shaped towel and balloons for us—a genuine gesture.

It was a pleasure staying here. The photos and the actual room are much nicer and more comfortable. The service was friendly and fast.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. It's just a shame that the pool was dirty, but the location is nice.

The staff is okay. The place is nice. The facilities are complete.

The villa is really good and comfy! Have a private pool as well. Good for group of 6 to stay here and very close to Omnia Uluwatu as well if you guys wanna look for affordable place to stay.
