I was there on Tet holiday,2020. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The landlady is super kind and friendly. I would recommend this place to all of my friends if they get a chance to visit Hoian. I will definitely come back to this place next time. Thanks a lot to the landlady for offering me a super nice cup or ginger drink in that cold weather. If you stay there, you can get to the night market and the ancient town very quickly without needing a bicycle.

Big room, clean, aircon, hot water good, towel clean. The place is really good only 3-5 minutes walk to ancient town. Hai the owner, very friendly and feel like home. When I arrived her mother served me welcome drink, and Hai gave me map and explained to me about the ancient town, restaurant must be visited with cheap and affordable price. Her family was so kind. Very recommended to stay here. This place also rent the push bike if you need too You don't need to worry, she able to speak english very well. When I checked out, she gave me cold water for free

The first impression when coming here is that the host is really enthusiastic and attentive. I was in the view room, the balcony had tables and chairs outside so I could sit and drink tea and watch the street. Rooms are clean, airy, very near the night market and the old town is a 2-minute walk. Get the boss's enthusiastic instructions from the restaurants in the alley to the sidewalk cafe. Have a chance to come back here to choose a place to rest in Hoi An
