Want to check in, make an appointment first at the lobby to pick up the key. The room is quite clean but there needs to be more maintenance because some of it is not okay. When I checked in, the gas ran out and then it was replaced at night so I could cook. Please upgrade the bathroom again. Mas Gatot is helpful. When checking out, the key is put in the mailbox.

Proses check in susah karena harus menhubungi owner, dan yang bikin tambah susah no telpon yang tertera semua tidak bisa dihubungi. Pihak reception semua cuek, dan nasib mujur ada petugas perempuan yang mau menelponkan owner, kalo seandainya gak ada itu petugas perempuan itu maka uang zonk.
