The staff is friendly, the area is comfortable for taking children to stay overnight.

The hotel staff is good, the facilities are complete, but unfortunately, the sliding door key was not provided at check-in, but the customer asked for it at check-out. It was not thorough, so it was a bit disappointing.

The beach access is great, sea swimming safe, and peaceful. There are many restaurants along the street that cater to many tastes too. A relaxing and pleasant stay.

This hotel is absolutely the best, the cleanliness is top-notch, the food is top-notch. All the housekeeping staff are very kind and friendly. The waitresses are top-notch, beautiful, friendly, and kind, but I'm sorry there was one waitress who wasn't very good.

This staycation was truly memorable. I came with a toddler and was helped to upgrade to a more comfortable room near the pool and beach area, without any additional charges. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Thank you for your attention and service, which made us feel comfortable.

A pleasant experience. However, the hotel room's condition seems to need some renovation as some areas don't look aesthetically pleasing. The room is quite spacious. The price is reasonable. The food is varied and quite tasty.

This hotel is good for a holiday and family trip. But not for food and breakfast. The restaurant is really hot and dark. It has a lot of AC, but I think it’s not working. And for food, it’s not really good as well. There are so many flies!

Stayed there for 3D2N, facilities is good, price is good, even i got a room upgrade. Stay solo or with family are good here. But you might improve the breakfast menu, it was good but still need some improvement

It has a beautiful private beach. It's peaceful and you can enjoy the beach. The only complaint is that the dining area is a bit uncomfortable because it's too small, making it feel like a basement. Overall, I really enjoyed it.

Fun for a staycation with family

From several hotels we have visited in Bali, Tijili Hotel Benoa is the best in our opinion. The room is very comfortable and fully equipped, the hotel facilities are in very good condition, and there is a private beach that can be enjoyed anytime. Really worth the price. Highly recommended 😍👍🏻
