Overall it was good, only I left my phone charger in the room. I realized it in the afternoon when I was about to use it. I contacted the receptionist, but they were slow to respond, but luckily they had a paparazzi (photoshoot) section so they were quick to respond on where the charger was. Luckily we were only on a staycation so we could get it back quickly, but what about customers visiting Lombok for tourism? And maybe there was a little food that was forgotten or missed, the fried chicken was no longer fresh. Especially my and my husband's food. 🙏

The breakfast menu is varied (complete), the location is not far from the city, the atmosphere is quiet, beautiful, cool, recreational facilities for families are quite good.

Great place for staycation with family

The mangsuit floor is dirty, it seems that it is rarely mopped. The stairs will go up full of moss and a lot until the fallen plants have rotted not cleaned. The bathroom that the child just entered stinks to the point of having to buy deodorizing spray. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The location and environment is nice and beautiful. The breakfast menu is a suggestion because this is still a pandemic, it's best if you don't use a spoon to take rice and side dishes. We recommend that you prepare plastic gloves for using a spoon.
