Compared to the average hotel in Hanoi, this Istay hotel is okay. Clean.

Pros: - Clean rooms, fully furnished Cons: - TV has no internet, no youtube, netflix, ... - Quite mechanical, I checked out 3 minutes late due to moving the elevator and was charged an extra 1 hour, I have been to many hotels from 2 stars to 5 stars and they are all quite flexible with guests, coming to this hotel is a bit surprising, everyone who books should pay attention to check out on time, if you are a few minutes late like me, you will have to pay extra money

The rooms are clean, but the soundproofing is a bit poor, so it's still noisy late at night if someone is walking outside. Otherwise everything is ok.

Personally, I did not have a good experience with this place: 1. I booked online, the apartment said there was a car parking space but when I arrived, I was asked to go outside to find a parking space. 2. The room was spacious but the lights were broken, and the smell was not very pleasant

The room space is cozy and comfortable, the receptionist is very polite and gentle. Getting upgraded to a free room, I don't know why but it's fun :))
