My second time staying at Taxa Uma, this time for 6 nights. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the AC was cold, the bed was soft, the water was hot and cold, and there were many TV channels. It was close to the beach, Kuta Square, the beach, and the market. There were many culinary delights around the hotel. The stairs to the 3rd floor could have been provided with a handrail, but it was a bit scary going up and down. Thanks Taxa Uma, if I come back, I will stay here again.

The best accommodation I have ever booked, very clean, affordable, very friendly staff, complete facilities, there is a pool, hot water, drinking water, cold AC, and very close to the Kuta Beach area.

The location is close to Kuta Beach, restaurants like KFC and McDonald's, and a grocery store is right next door. The hotel grounds are clean, and the rooms are clean. While the rooms aren't particularly large, they are quite well-equipped with a TV, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, working hot water, towels, and a swimming pool. The staff is also friendly.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk to Kuta Beach. There are shops nearby for daily needs. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. Next time I go to Bali, I'll definitely come back here. Thank you Traveloka and Taxa Uma for making our vacation enjoyable.

A hidden gem in the heart of Kuta! My stay at Taxa Uma Kuta was a pleasant surprise—everything about it exceeded my expectations, with just one minor hiccup. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a clean and comfortable vibe, with all the essentials you need. There's even a pool that was well-maintained and refreshing. They also provide motorbike rentals, but if you're not satisfied with the options, there are plenty of rental shops within a short 300-meter walk. Food: I didn’t get the chance to try the food during my stay, so I can’t comment on this. Staff Assistance: The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I had a late arrival around 11 PM due to a delay, and they were still available and ready to assist—which I really appreciated. I did request to move to a lower floor since I was assigned a room on the third floor and carrying a big suitcase up was a bit of a struggle. Unfortunately, due to the high season, the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t move me. Highlights: The strong air conditioning, working water heater, and the refreshing pool really made the stay comfortable. Having everything you need just steps away was also a big plus. Price: The price was honestly a shock in the best way—super affordable for what you get. Totally worth every penny. Location: You’re right at Kuta Center, meaning everything—from shops to food—is just a short walk away. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the area. Final Thoughts: Definitely will come back if I go to Bali again!

the room is quite spacious and clean, but we were given a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator, bringing 3 children. even though we had made a note in the order, asking for 2 rooms on the lower floor. And very early in the morning we immediately checked out, can't imagine having to go back and forth to the room that is uphill.

Few TV channels, Wi-Fi does not connect to the 2nd floor. Cold AC is a bit noisy. No soap, shampoo, hot water.
