The environment is clean and quiet, with a shuttle service for guests staying in the "dusun/hill" area, and a variety of swimming pools. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't soundproof, so guests in the next room can hear us (and perhaps our voices can be heard from the other side).

The hotel and swimming pool are great... suitable for family vacations

The food is delicious, varied, and there's a pool and nature. The surroundings are very comfortable and, most importantly, safe, even when we're walking around the village.

It's a great place to stay and enjoy a vacation with kids, with plenty of water activities to choose from. The service, from the front desk to the breakfast, was excellent, and we were immediately helped when we needed help.

bagus sih resortnya, banyak aktifitas untuk keluarga tp malam berisik sekali karna suka ada acara di hall tengah yg diisi dengan karaoke sampai malam(mana suara jelek2) yang masalahnya deket kamar, ambiance tenang di kamar sangat2 tidak ada, gak recommended untuk bawa bayi kaya saya kamar bersih, wc cukup bersih tp saran bawa semprotan baygon dan semprot dulu sebelum dipakai karena banyak binatang, kamar tidak soundproof suara kamar sebelah terdengar apalagi yg karaoke pakai loudspeaker recommended? untuk saya yg suka cari ketenangan di hotel dan yg punya bayi suka tidur..BIG NO yang suka aktivity dgn keluarga dan ambiance resort,YES

As usual, there is no doubt about the service and facilities of the hotel.

There are so many activities you can do here. It's far from the main road, so it's not noisy. The staff is friendly, there's a pick-up and drop-off service, just contact us via WhatsApp. It's just a shame it's not soundproof. Even if we're talking quietly, we can still hear the people in the next room. So there's a lack of privacy.

It's a great vacation... The room is cold, the AC won't turn it off, and the TV won't turn on.

got a room at Flamboyan, both TVs couldn't be turned on due to the weather because I happened to be staying in 2 rooms with my family, even though the room was quite nice and spacious, the toilet flush didn't work even though it was quickly fixed, the bathroom was a bit dull, actually from the room selection application at Dayang Hotel, but almost placed in Dayang Hamlet, finally moved to the Flamboyan Deluxe room after compromising.. hopefully there will be improvements regarding the room facilities, the rides are good and spacious.. hopefully there will be improvements

Very friendly and this is the second time I've been here, only when I checked in yesterday I got a twin bed room for a married couple.

Good for family Wifi doesn't work at all at Dusun Dayang. We had reported to the customer servive from the first day on Monday, till we check out on Friday, we got no wifi in our room at all the 1st 3 days meal were good, but the 4th day there is no buffe serve. they only give us 2 option, Chicken or fried rice.

service is ok.. staff is friendly, cleanliness is ok.. food variety is lacking

This is my second stay here... The kids loved it and want to come back again. The service is also friendly.
