Dirty, lots of small cockroaches in the room. I told the hotel staff, but they gave me air freshener. I thought they would help clean it, but instead they gave me air freshener.

The room was dusty, the bed and pillows were stained, the floor was dirty, the lighting was minimal, and the room was small. There was a refrigerator, but it wasn't allowed to be used because the electricity wasn't strong enough, even though it was visibly broken. There was no drinking water in the room, so you had to get your own water outside.

The room was shabby, when I checked in I asked for a change of bedsheets because they were dull and dirty, the toilet wasn't clean and had to be cleaned again, the bathroom cupboard was broken, and the bathroom walls were dirty. Not recommended, thank you!!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel... the air conditioning in the room was cool (because I like cool air conditioning). Although the bathroom amenities were incomplete, like toothbrushes and toothpaste... they only gave me one per item... usually other hotels give two per item. Breakfast was quite tasty, although the menu wasn't very varied.

For the strategic location, the security and receptionist are very friendly. I booked a twin room but unfortunately the mattress springs felt hard, the water drain in the sink couldn't be pressed aka hard too, the shower in the bathroom was just like that. For the TV, it wasn't a smart TV/Android TV. I hope that a hotel that is already good will upgrade its mattress and TV, and maintain its cleanliness better.

The room is small, I stayed for 2 days but the facilities are not good.

Parking is difficult, the tap water is dirty and thick, the sink is clogged, sounds from other rooms can be heard clearly, and the sheets have yellow spots.

I want to share a little about this hotel, I happened to get a suite room on the 1st floor. For a 3-star hotel, I think the quality of the bedroom and bathroom is like a 4-star hotel, but please improve the quality of the closed which has crust and the bed cover whose color needs to be changed. For the breakfast menu, as reviewed by many people who stayed at this hotel, the menu is not varied even though it tastes quite good. Oh yeah, if you want breakfast with eggs, you can request it to the staff. The location of this hotel is close to the food center, so you can just walk. Yesterday this hotel had to check out at 11, even though it was more comfortable at 12, so lunch time was not too far away. The security and receptionist team were friendly. Maintain the quality that is already good, and improve the quality that is not good. Overall, my family and I enjoyed Grand Viveana.

Get a room with a connecting room

The TV in the room is already an Android TV (Grand Suite). The breakfast menu on December 29, 2024, there were no eggs, no sausages.
