A villa suitable for a family vacation, lots of rooms, lots of beds, very affordable prices, friendly owner

Almost perfect! Will come back again with my family to stay here if I go to Batu again.. there are many ext beds.. every morning you can get a beautiful sunrise view and fresh milk.. thank you very much Mrs. Nurul and Mr. Maman.. Barakallah 🤲🏻

We stayed for 2 days 2 nights, beyond our expectations, the place is very homey, comfortable, clean, better than the photos, complete kitchen equipment, refrigerator, to washing machine, 3 rooms with 3 beds plus approximately six additional beds, there is a balcony and gazebo, in short it is highly recommended, next time we go to Batu we plan to stay there again. The first choice every time I go to Batu or Malang. Homestay feels like home, with complete equipment. The owner is very friendly, even because I come here so often that it's like family. I also got a motorbike loan because I had an urgent and sudden need. I was really happy, especially since there was karaoke equipment, it was perfect for us who like to sing. Very very very good, the villa is clean and complete. The owner is patient to answer our questions. There are many beds provided, smooth wifi, smooth hot water, access to nearby tourist attractions, and the view from morning to night is really cool. Then in the morning we get a delivery of warm milk. Thank you very much 🥰

The accommodation facilities are very complete, starting from kitchen utensils if you want to cook, washing machine, refrigerator, really like your own home. Especially when it's cold, getting pure milk from the Mataap Inn is really great 👍🏻👍🏻 I'll come here again next time

The atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable, especially on the 2nd floor, plus the cold, foggy weather makes the children feel at home. A lot of additional mattresses are provided. Location near BNS and jatim park 2.

The view is the best. Great. The atmosphere of the house is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. There are lots of gathering spots, blankets are provided, there are also lots of extra beds. Hot water is okay, wifi is okay, coffee, tea, instant noodles is provided and standard kitchen utensils are provided. Mrs. Nurul, who owns the place, is also very kind, early in the morning, fresh milk has been delivered. Overall comfortable, just the location is a bit into the alley.

A homestay that really fits the picture. It's even better than the picture. My group and I really enjoyed it. Even though I was only in transit for one night, it was really memorable and I wanted to add more days. And the plus point is that there is warm milk in the morning, wow, that must be interesting, right? Thank you to Mrs. Nurul for letting us visit her homestay, she is also friendly and kind. Nice experience with family. The facilities at the Villa are very complete, multiple fold. Starting from the condition of the villa which is super clean, complete kitchen utensils, sugar, coffee, tea, instant noodles are available. Fast WiFi + audio equipment for watching movies. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, towels and most importantly there are lots of extra beds so it's safe if you bring a large family to stay. The front balcony with a joglo for morning or evening coffee makes it fun. All views of the mountains. If there are complaints, the response is very fast, they are immediately brought to the villa. At first the water heater couldn't be used, after that it was fixed and it worked. It's safe anyway. The location is near the shop, so if you need anything, just walk. And what surprised me in the morning was getting warm pure cow's milk. Widih is really good. Thank you, next time will definitely come back here.

Keseluruhan mantap deh. Homestay nya nyaman, perlengkapan dapurnya lengkap plus ada mesin cucinya juga. Owner nya pun ramah, selalu siap jika kita butuh apa-apa. Daerah dingin banget dan yang paling senengnya itu ada 5 extrabed. Pokoknya kalo dateng lagi ke Batu Malang bakalan balik lagi menginap di sini. 😍

I really like the clean, spacious place, all 3 rooms are provided with lots of pillow covers, and additional mattresses too, free indomie tea and milk, great.

In accordance with what is drawn, the house is spacious (each room has 2 additional free mattresses + blankets) on the 2nd floor the view is great, the owner is friendly, complete cooking utensils are available, there are lots of eating utensils, noodles are available (so don't worry if the child is hungry at night) Sugar, tea, coffee are provided, there is also a gallon of water, there is a washing machine (those who stay for several days are not confused, even though the laundry piles up) in the morning you can get pure milk for access using elf / hiace rather difficult because the access road is rather narrow. The suggestion maybe in front of the alley can be given a sign heading to his house because he was confused, after contacting the owner of the fast response to pick up & take him to his place.
