pretty good overall for the price. only the wifi is not good

So far, so good. I rented two rooms for two nights. The bathroom exhaust fan broke on both sides. I requested a repair upon arrival on the first day, but it wasn't repaired until check-out. It's a real shame.

Highly recommended, can be used as a place to rest if you want to travel in Surabaya.

Overall, it was great. The atmosphere is comfortable and the facilities are adequate for a hotel of its class. The food could use more variety. The staff is friendly and helpful, both during check-in and check-out. The bedroom and bathroom are quite clean, providing a comfortable stay at a competitive price in a strategic location.

Overall, it's good, close to culinary spots, and in a strategic location. There are just a few things that need to be improved.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is near Gubeng Station which is recommended, in front of the hotel there is a culinary tourist spot, just walk, so it is practical.

The AC isn't cold..it's cold straight away

The breakfast was not comfortable because it was delivered to the room. And the table in the room was too small so it was very uncomfortable to eat.

The bed is comfortable but there are lots of holes in the ceiling in the bathroom so it's a bit overthinking, the food is not very varied

If you visit your child, stay here. The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is quite good, close to places to eat, and the price is affordable.
