**Facilities:**
The accommodation facilities are very complete. The room is spacious with good lighting. There are twin spring beds with blankets and towels provided. A small bedside table is available for placing personal items. There is a universal power outlet near the bed. The room has a large wardrobe, a television with an elegant TV stand, a dressing table, and a refrigerator with a nearby power outlet. The air conditioner is sufficiently cool.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet with a bidet, a shower with hot water, a sink and mirror with space for toothpaste and toiletries, and hooks for hanging towels or items brought into the bathroom. There is also a balcony where you can hang wet clothes, and the view from the balcony is quite nice.
**Location:**
The location is very strategic—right by the roadside when you get off from the airport bus. It’s close to Thammasat University, and you can take a motorcycle taxi stationed near the accommodation or use an online ride service such as Grab.
**Hospitality:**
The staff are very friendly, although there is a bit of a language barrier in English. Oh, and you can also use the iron on the first floor near the reception area for free.
**Drawbacks I found:**
I suggest that the room should be thoroughly cleaned of dust on the floor and furniture before guests check in. There is also some peeling paint on the wall, which slightly affects the aesthetics, but overall it’s not a big issue.
**Overall:** Recommended.
