Staying here during graduation season for this price was incredibly worthwhile. The room and bathroom were spotless. There's an elevator, parking, and a nearby convenience store that's open late (good for anything you need). Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage were all handled by the staff, who were excellent. I was so impressed with the value for money that I had to write a review. The only downside is the traffic noise because the accommodation is next to the road (earplugs recommended). It's close to Thammasat University and easy to get to whether you enter through the Chiang Rak or Phaholyothin gate.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet with a bidet, a shower with hot water, a sink and mirror with space for toothpaste and toiletries, and hooks for hanging towels or items brought into the bathroom. There is also a balcony where you can hang wet clothes, and the view from the balcony is quite nice. **Location:** The location is very strategic—right by the roadside when you get off from the airport bus. It’s close to Thammasat University, and you can take a motorcycle taxi stationed near the accommodation or use an online ride service such as Grab. **Hospitality:** The staff are very friendly, although there is a bit of a language barrier in English. Oh, and you can also use the iron on the first floor near the reception area for free. **Drawbacks I found:** I suggest that the room should be thoroughly cleaned of dust on the floor and furniture before guests check in. There is also some peeling paint on the wall, which slightly affects the aesthetics, but overall it’s not a big issue. **Overall:** Recommended.

The room was not clean. The parking lot was narrow but there was someone taking care of it all night. The environment did not seem very safe. The shower in the room was wrapped with Scotch tape. The toilet was full of cigarette burns. The room smelled musty. The air conditioner was old and hard to breathe while sleeping. There was a lot of dust. The TV could not be used to watch anything. The antenna was old and the picture and sound were not clear.

Pros: Check-in early, location near Thammasat Rangsit, air conditioning is cold, water flows well. Cons: 1. Lots of dust. 2. Towels are very hard, like they're not bath towels but rags... 3. Beds are very hard, sleeping on them gives me back pain. Too expensive, over 800 baht per night, but no breakfast. Towels look like they haven't been washed and have a musty smell.

The advertising picture and the actual room do not match the actual cover. But from the stay It's not bad. I saw a lot of negative reviews from other people. The room we stayed in was clean. I saw other people say they heard the sound of a car. I can't see or hear this. Or maybe it was because I was staying in a middle-class room. Overall, it's possible to stay. Suitable for people coming to take exams at Thammasat University. There is a win-win drop-off at the entrance of the alley. But if you want to win from Thammasat to the dormitory, you have to turn back. But I would like to deduct points for the towel having yellow stains.

Accommodation near Thammasat University, convenient to travel, but next to the road with loud traffic all the time. Could hardly sleep at all. Bedsheets, pillows, blankets smelled musty. Feels like a temporary resort overnight. The towels are very old. Priced at nearly a thousand baht, it should be better than this. There were only 2 bottles of water in the room, but the floor and bathroom were clean and the air conditioner was cool.

Don't miss out on taking a break. I stayed for four consecutive nights and was informed to go clean. The first night, I thought it was unintentional so I reported it again. There was still no cleaning provided, water was not added, towels were not changed. The mattress is as hard as sleeping on the floor. The room price of 650 and 1000 is not different at all.

There was no bottle of water provided, no tissues, no soap. The room had small cockroaches. Heard the road noise all day long. Because the door is broken I didn't dare leave anything important. Plus, when checking in, the staff talked on the phone and checked until they couldn't talk. You have to ask the question several times.
