Although the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was miserable. There were signs of water leaking from the roof along the corridor to the room (they had a bucket to collect the water dripping from the upper floor and the ceiling above it was already moldy, showing that the problem was not new). Worst was to find the same type of moldy ceiling in the room. The bedsheets and pillow cases were obviously not fresh. They were yellowish and smelled. The TV was not working on both days even though the housekeeping was informed. The room was not serviced during the entire 3 day stay. The shower had no water pressure and was not getting heated. The toilet bowl had to be flushed twice each time it was used. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is located in a strategic location and nearby KL Sentral monorail station within walking distance, and it's located near Nu Sentral Shopping Mall and KL Sentral Integrated station. There are plenty of food stalls nearby the hotel, so no need to worry if you're hungry or thirsty.

Cheap price, strategic location, clean room

I often stay in the KL Sentral area... Good in my opinion, this hotel must be on the list for the next one.. clean and fragrant, there is a deposit of 100RM and tax of 10RM/night, the deposit will be returned when checking out, when we left the room and especially in the afternoon the room was not cleaned.. I extended another 1 night, a total of 5 nights 6 days stayed here... the location of the hotel from the escalator down Nu Sentral, straight turn left, alley there is a haircut India, turn right, the red light intersection is to the right of the hotel

Stayed for 2 nights, but the room wasn't cleaned, the water and towels weren't replaced, and the TV couldn't be used. The room size wasn't a problem because it's a budget hotel, the only issues were as described above.

Price for value. They have basic necessities for short stay. Good transit hotel. Clean and functional.

I stayed in this room recently. It's very small and has no windows, which can make it feel a bit cramped. The bedroom has only one light, so the room isn't very bright. On the plus side, the Wi-Fi works well and is quite stable. However, the smell from the bathroom drain is quite strong and should definitely be improved. Overall, this place is suitable for those who just need a place to sleep and don't mind the lack of extra facilities.
