The room is very old, no trash left, no water provided. Didn't receive any service at all. It's very dark around the hotel, lonely and scary. The swimming pool is beautiful. Big hotel near the beach.

เช็คอินช้ามากๆค่ะ ทั้งๆที่มีพนักงานหลายคนเดินไปเดินมาแต่ไม่รู้ทำอะไรอยู่ค่ะ ตอนจองเราrequestเตียงใหญ่ แต่ได้เตียงคู่ โทรบอกเขาว่าให้เปลี่ยนเป็นเตียงใหญ่ได้ไหม ได้คำตอบแค่ขอรอแป๊บนะเดี๋ยวเช็คให้ แต่สุดท้ายไม่ได้คำตอบเลยค่ะ โรงแรมเก่ามากๆ facilityต่างๆในโรงแรมก็เก่าค่ะ เครื่องเป่าผมแบบvintage เสียงดังน่ากลัวแล้วลมเบาสุดๆ ผมยาวไม่มีวันเป่าแห้งเลย จองโรงแรมนี้เพราะว่าจะดูconcertพอดีค่ะ concertเลิกก็เที่ยงคืนกว่าแล้วค่ะ กว่าผมจะแห้ง. โครตไม่คุ้มกับราคาค่ะ

แย่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยมีมา เช็คอินต้องรอถึง 3 ชั่วโมง ทั้งๆที่คนก็ไม่ได้เยอะอะไร การจัดการแย่มาก ใครคิดจะมาที่นี้ ขอให้หนี้ไป

Terrible, slow check-in, staff don't know about it. Wait for almost 2 hours. The hotel staff understands that we have booked with other apps.

มีปัญหาการ check in เพราะทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าไม่มีข้อมูลการจองส่งมาที่โรงแรม ทั้งที่มีใบยืนยันการจองให้ดูก็ไม่ได้ ต้องรอนานเป็นชั่วโมง ลูกค้าต้องติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ของแอป เพื่อให้ยืนยันกับโรงแรมว่ามีการจองจริงและจ่ายเงินแล้ว ขอแนะนำว่าการจองออนไลน์ ไม่ว่าจะขายผ่านตัวแทนกี่รายก็ต้องออนไลน์เชื่อมถึงกันหมด ไม่ใช่มาติดปัญหากับลูกค้า เพราะลูกค้าทำทุกอย่างตามขั้นตอน มีใบยืนยันการจอง จ่ายเงิน และมีใบเสร็จรับเงินที่ออกให้แล้ว ซึ่งทางโรงแรมก็ยังจะมาเอาหลักฐานการโอนเงินเพื่อยืนยันอีก ซึ่งมันไม่โอเคกับลูกค้ามากๆ ลูกค้าทำไมต้องมาเสียเวลาหาหลักฐานเพื่อพิสูจน์การจอง พิสูจน์การโอน เพราะเราจองแล้ว โอนแล้ว และออกใบยืนยันการจองแล้ว ลูกค้ามาถึงโรงแรมเหนื่อยๆ ควรจะพร้อมที่จะเข้าห้องพักผ่อนสบายๆ แต่นี่ต้องเสียเวลา เสียอารมณ์ หงุดหงิดแทนที่มาพักผ่อนก็อยากสบายๆ แต่ต้องมาเครียดปวดหัวมาพิสูจน์ หาหลักฐานพิสูจน์การจอง พิสูจน์การโอนอีก แม่ที่มาด้วยอายุ 80 ปี ควรจะได้เข้าห้องนอนพัก แต่ต้องมานั่งรอเป็นชั่วโมง ครั้งถัดไปก็ไม่แน่ใจว่าตะเป็นแบบนี้อีกมั้ย รู้สึกไม่โอเค ในส่วนเจ้าหน้าที่ call center ให้การช่วยเหลือแก้ปัญหาดีมากค่ะ พอโทรไปก็ช่วยเช็ค และคุยกับทางโรงแรมเพื่อเคลียร์ปัญหายืนยันการจองว่ามีการจองจริงให้ดีค่ะ อันนี้ขอชื่นชมค่ะ ส่วนที่ต้องปรับปรุงคือการเชื่อมข้อมูลการจองของลูกค้า กับ ตัวแทน และ โรงแรม ต้องเชื่อมกันหมด เพราะมันไม่ใช่ปัญหาของลูกค้า แต่เป็นปัญหาระบบ ควรต้องแก้ไขด่วน!!!! หัวจะปวด บ้าบอ😥

Really beautiful. There is a private beach of the hotel. There is a 7-11 in front of the hotel. It's convenient.

Understand that during the festival, there are a lot of people, but really bad.Stay on the 5th Sep, wait 2 hours to check-in than the people waiting for the full counter. Tell me no in the system The system was very bad that day. Breakfast meal, no spoon, no staff, no table, no one to collect. The food was insufficient, the customers were very disappointed. Worst. Worst rest in life.

Complete in one place. Suitable for family Bring children to swim in the pool, sea water, watch the sunset like a chill. There are 7-11 and a variety of food to choose for breakfast. Custard butter bread is very delicious.

Got a nice 17th floor room with a killing view, recommend an ocean wing with a sea view. Hotel is more than 30 years old but keep well maintenance. Several pools to dive in, good value place to spend a holiday with your kids. Friendly staffs, even some do not speak a language. Private beach is couple minutes walk from swimming pools. Love a breakfast there, it's a long buffet line with local menu and full ABF.

Stay in Ocean Wing, Sea View, newly renovated room

1. I booked Ocean view but our room located at the most side of the building.( The room number changed in the Original paper). 2. Water flowing in the water faucet is yellow. 3. Bad smeel coming from toilet. 4. Televesion is not working and not fixed by Engineering dept. In short, I've paid a room but never experience what I've expected.

This trip takes my family to relax Here, the place is spacious. There are many many swimming pools. The beautiful private beach is perfect for relaxing.

It is a 3rd round stay. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, but the air conditioner is not cold. The floor is not 16th. The view is beautiful. Meaning that many people are standing there but are not interested in helping to lift it Must be lifted up by itself And this time there is no wellcome drink which is different from the previous 3 days. As for the other issues, I was very impressed. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, everything is inexpensive, definitely have to stay again.
