Stayed for 3 night with same breakfast

Lack of maintenance from the manager, among others. 1. room 103 the ceiling of the room is broken so it is not open to repair. 2. Yellow bathroom floor and yellow walls. 3. resorant I ask for oxtail soup with bones, all there is no meat attached. 4. the restaurant has lots of flies on the table so that guests feel disturbed when eating, what else is there next to the children's play area, all the lots are perched, please pay attention.

The facilities and breakfast are good for the price offered. Strategic location, not far from minimarkets and hospitals. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will recommend it to my relatives and friends. thanks.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. I ordered 2 standard rooms yesterday. For breakfast each person can only choose 1 menu. But it's okay the food is delicious. The cafe is very crowded, because the cafe is open to the public besides hotel guests, many residents visit the cafe as well. There's a karaoke family too. Yesterday I took 2 hours for karaoke, but in my opinion the price per hour price is 100 thousand per hour to see the condition of the room and interior and the facilities that are in it. But enough to be entertained since there is no entertainment in Balige for the night The hotel is close to the city so the view is not towards the lake. But it's worth it with the price. Yesterday was confused between the pearl hotel and this hotel, indeed the pearl hotel view towards the lake, but if you stay there must spend 800 thousand to get a room that uses air conditioning, overpriced in my opinion another hotel. So I decided to choose the GM Marsaringar hotel.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, there is air conditioning, warm water, coffee tea makers, the resto is good and the food is good, the breakfast is ordinary but tastes good, near the Hotel Balige and Pasar Balige.

This hotel is comfortable, breakfast is also a lot of menus, hopefully the best service will be maintained.

Nice room and nice place at Balige.

Room is clean and spacious, value for money. Lots of parking lot if you are on transit. Balige is rainy town by the great lake Toba, staff is always on the alert with umbrella, found them very helpful and pleasant.
