Friendly hotel staff and fast service

Stayed in room 9003, right next to the storage or service elevator. It was very noisy, with loud bangs and equipment. It was very annoying because the noise was so loud and distracting. Food was 7/10. I ordered torch ginger fried rice, which was delicious, but the meat was tough and couldn't be chewed. Aside from those issues, the service was good, the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Michele at the front desk during check-in and Syakila at the restaurant.

I swear even though it's not a 5 star, the breakfast is so complete that I can't try everything because it's so varied please😭😭🙏🏻🙏🏻 The location is close to Sabang if you want to go culinary and close to Monas if you want to go to tourism, access to anywhere is close because it's in the middle of the city and there's also Transjakarta. The staff is also friendly and the room is comfortable
