no wifi, no hot water, there are cockroaches in the room

This is the first and last time I will ever use an apartement to stay the night. You got roaches, every corner in the room. The bed springs are poking me, the sheet? Why won't you change it! The bathroom oh my God why? WHY? Anyway. The price was low. So low. It 40 % cover up my diaapointment.

The condition of the room did not match expectations, the room was dirty, the furniture was broken, the room smelled bad, the wallpaper was peeling off, the sheets and sofa had lots of stains, how would we want to rest in such conditions? I didn't have time to take pictures because I was disappointed & that same night we immediately checked out with no compensation whatsoever.

Dari awal datang pelayanannya sudah sangat tidak baik dan tidak simpatik (hanya memikirkan duit saja). Saat masuk kamar, kamarnya sangat kotor, tidak terawat, kumuh, lembab, baru masuk saja sudah gatal-gatal karena kondisi tersebut, kasurnya apalagi gatel banget gak dibersihin, sofanya banyak bercak-bercak gajelas, di jendela banyak kotoran hitam-hitam, di kasur dan meja banyak semut halus yang hampir tidak terlihat mata. Saya dapat di kamar 901. Sangat tidak rekomen! Bahkan saya pesan 3 hari tapi cuma ditempati beberapa jam karena tidak kuat dengan suasana yang ada.

The room is really homey, comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water is functioning normally it's just that there is a puddle of water the bathroom is a little stagnant but no problem.
