It is a bit far from the fun places (a little bit, about 3km) but the hotel is very nice, spacious and clean. Service is excellent from reception to bartender, so a hospitality person like me has nothing to criticize. On the right side of the hotel there is a delicious pub, the price is fine. Cai Dam Market has many items to shop. If I go to Ha Long the next time, I will definitely return to Iris. 5 stars!
