The cleanliness was good, but room service was slow. Just asking for towels took a long time. On the second night, there was a smell of dead rats in front of the room, and the service took a long time. When checking out, even a late check-out request until 1:00 PM was not granted, with the excuse that there were other guests, even though there were many other rooms available.

the receptionist was not friendly and did not inform the room condition from the beginning that the swimming pool machine was not working, besides there was no compensation for this. the food was less varied. overall with the price of 2 rooms reaching 3.2 k with the facilities and services that I got, in my opinion it was not worth it and not recommended

The rooms are pretty good even though the interior seems a bit old, clean. I ordered a lagoon suite, I got a single bed and it wasn't too big. The room is also quite narrow. Because bringing 1 child you get an additional charge of 350 thousand (includes breakfast + 1 towel + 1 mineral water). So it feels like you paid 350 thousand for breakfast, with very few menu choices 😀 okay service, fast response. And the view is really beautiful👍🏻

It was a nice place. Staffs were helpful. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. The sea view was nice, not directly to the sea. The beach was public, not too clean, a bit rocky, but the waves were good. The location is about 1-2 km from the stores and restaurants. We were among the few guests that day. Room service was so-so, pizza is bready, not really crusty.

The room was great with a stunning ocean view (I took a Suite Lagoon), but unfortunately, the selection of the food (for breakfast) was disappointing. The taste and quality [were] not so good, so it was just an OK trip as I didn't enjoy the food that they serve.
