The front desk girl is helpful and allowed me for early check-in.

Strategic location, close to the city center, just a slightly uphill road, clean room, close to halal restaurants, recommended.

Small but clean hotel, super friendly staff. Near the center, Sunplaza… behind the hotel is Mist Sapa cafe, garden cafe, suitable for those who like quiet.

quite close to the city center. just the road is up and down. KL, old people are a bit difficult in this area, need to take grab..

Saw 4 stars to order (4 star price) but it's not really 3 stars or 4 stars at all.

The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service with a smile at all times, from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access major tourist attractions.

I can sleep very well, that's the most important thing. Next to hallal restaurant, near to the city center, and also to the mountain view cafe.

The hotel made me feel comfortable from the moment I entered. Good service, good room, because I needed to rest so I didn't need a view, there was nothing missing in the room. Reasonable breakfast

The room soundproofed was not good, the breakfast was not abundant, the reception was not enthusiastic to guide the tourist destination.
