The location is very good, the accommodation is on a small hill, right on the edge of Ao Phai, a little past Sai Kaew Beach. Each house is well decorated and very comfortable. However, it might be a bit tiring to walk for those who booked a room further up the hill. So, consider it exercise, haha... There are 34 rooms in total. You can bring friends, lovers, or family to stay here. Guaranteed good atmosphere, privacy, and it's right on the beach. There's a restaurant, and you can walk down to play in the water not far away.

The receptionist picked up a phone call after we arrived. We stood there waiting as he chatted and giggled in what sounded like a personal call. Then he was flipping through my passport unable to find arrival and departure dates even after I showed him the right page. Check in took about 30 minutes. I don't blame the guy as he was old but the owner should have someone more competent. The bellboy also didn't bother to help with our bags as we climbed up the long stairs to our room. The hotel itself is renovated but not with quality products and finishing. There were trash and clutter under the bungalows. Dirty toilet and sink. Blood stain on the wrinkled bedsheet and moldy air conditioner. Crappy bathroom condiments and TV channels. No facial tissue. No kettle for hot water. Simple things that could've been easy and cheap to fix.
