Unfriendly staff, lots of rats, smelly bathroom, no wifi available even though the notification states free wifi, unprofessional staff

Dirty, big black plastic trash smells in the stair corridor, the room smells of cigarettes. I think this is a boarding house, not a hotel. Didn't have time to sleep here, only 30 minutes and then checked out.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room cleanliness is quite good but needs to be improved, especially the cleanliness of the bed sheets.

Lots of mosquitoes in the executive room, on the second night moving to a regular room on the 2nd floor, lots of cockroaches and baby cockroaches. Wifi doesn't connect.

The rooms are quite clean and according to the price the food is also quite good. But unfortunately in the 3rd floor hallway there was a strong stench like the carcass of a dead rat. It's best not to take the 3rd floor. I noticed that the 1st and 2nd floors don't have a bad smell.

The AC is not cold enough and for room cleanliness it's okay 💪🏻.

Please help fix the bathroom, the shower was broken yesterday 🙏.

Stayed here because I was going to take an exam at campus. The service was okay, the complaint about the AC dripping was immediately changed to a room without any additional charges.

At night there was the sound of women screaming so I couldn't sleep, the lobby was being renovated and it was boiling hot.

Bau rokoknya udah sangat menempel di dalam kamar. Sprei nya bolong bolong. Banyak puntung rokok di koridor kamar. Showernya ga lancar, lampu kamar mandi redup nyaris mati, staf tidak ramah, kecuali staf sarapan pagi, ramah! ACnya dingin, parkiran mobil OK. Perlu sangat sangat ditingkatin lagi fasilitasnya. Trims.

Tengah malam berisik, entah siapa aja gerudukan, pagi pagi jam 5 orang ketuk ketuk pintu di depan kamar, nggak tau siapa.

The hotel is like a hangout shop, lots of thugs scattered in the aisles on the way to the room looking at them, making my vows uncomfortable, this hotel is very noisy. There is no mineral water in the room. The air conditioner is not cold, the air conditioner sounds like a noisy helicopter. Check in at 14:30, check out at 20:00 that day.

Not according to order. Illogical reasons.
