The hotel is quite old but still well maintained and clean, right across from Ciputra Mall so it's easy to find food.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed here every time I go to Semarang. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, cool, soundproof, and all bathrooms have bathtubs so the kids are happy. Ordering food online is easy because it's close to various restaurants so there are many choices. If you stay overnight, you can walk to Simpang Lima.

The staff are friendly and really good at their service, they are polite, even to the point where you just press the button to open the elevator... Good, keep it up...

This used to be a really nice hotel, but now it's so bad. The towels are dirty, the pillowcases are torn, and they're still being used. The bathtub is broken and hasn't been repaired. The faucet keeps leaking. The AC can't be set to cold. The breakfast is delicious, but the menu has very little variety.

The location is very strategic, making it easy to find good places to eat. The restaurant serves delicious dim sum, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel staff are friendly. A nice experience.
