It was a truly fascinating experience staying here. From the friendly staff, easy access by car, and proximity to tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for families who enjoy quiet. And what I really liked was that we were given souvenirs upon check out. Next time, I'll bring my extended family here too.

I booked 2 villas, got room no. A10 and B02… the villas are back to back… the B02 villa is bigger. Overall everything is comfortable, only the bed is not soft enough, the TV can't be turned on. But so far, the atmosphere is good, clean, homey, cooking utensils are available, water heater is available and most importantly, it is quite strategic for those who want to go to the Cipanas area.

Overall is good and keep cleanliness.

The villa is quiet, clean, and you get bread for breakfast in the morning. The service is good. It's close to everything in the city center 👍

It was very pleasant to stay at Alana Family Villa, complete facilities and room options can be adjusted to your needs. Very suitable for staying with the whole family 👍👍 The plus is that the manager provides many complementary, especially what I felt was martabak and breakfast (although the villa does not include breakfast). Alana villa is the right choice for a short escape to Garut, especially for those who want to go to Cipanas. The villa is clean, the equipment in the villa is complete. There is a smart TV (it didn't work at first, but the patient man helped me connect to the wifi), there is a dining table equipped with cutlery, refrigerator, dispenser, mini kitchen (there are also cooking utensils), rice cooker, the stove also works. Prayer equipment is provided in the bedroom. The bathroom has a water heater. Then staying here already gets 2 free hot spring tickets, oh one more thing in the morning we also get free bread for breakfast from the staff. An impressive experience staying here for a night. The staff are friendly, the house is nice and well-organized, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the hot water works well in the bathroom. It’s away from the noise of vehicles because of its location slightly distant from the main road. There’s no AC, only a fan in every bedrooms but that’s not a problem since Garut doesn’t feel too hot. The only minus point was the smell of gas in the TV room. Please fix the stove asap. My suggestion is please provide a broom in every house so guests can tidy up before checking out. I also thank you for the bread and the souvenir that you gave to me. To be honest, I wanted to book for 2 days, but I could only get one night because it was already booked by someone else. That’s how much I love this villa. I’ll definitely come back here if I visit Garut again.

Tried this villa because I saw quite good reviews. In reality, I got a villa with a floor that looked like it had been spilled with massage oil all over the room, asked the staff to mop it, but it was careless and still oily. Finally, my mother mopped the entire room until the floor was completely matt. I brought a toddler who could be dangerous if the floor was slippery. Also, when it was almost dusk, the gas stove suddenly smelled so the room was very uncomfortable because the gas smelled like it had run out. Asked the staff, they only said "it's okay, it will go away on its own". Finally, my husband removed the gas in the kitchen and put it outside the villa. Next time, please check all corners if new guests want to stay. Really bad experience

second time staying here. the place is definitely very comfortable, the environment is very clean because it is in the resort area. the price is pocket-friendly, even on the weekend you can still get the price of 500rb. including cheap, because it has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and there is a backyard where children can play or have a family BBQ. next time will bring the team here.

The suggestion is that the WiFi connection is slow and maybe because the environment has lots of shady plants, a few big black ants came in but didn't bother them. Yesterday I had 1 room where the sheets were either stained with water, oil or something so the washing wasn't clean, maybe it could be washed again (haven't had a chance yet). 1 more room, okay, clean and tidy. Overall 6.7/9.0 for that price, getting a villa is okay. The rooms are cool, comfortable, neat and the waiters are friendly.
