Thank God, I was able to get a big promo and stay at a hostel near Malioboro, it's just a short walk away. The only thing that needs to be improved is maybe the bathroom needs to be given a permanent barrier on the edge so it doesn't splash into the room. But it's really comfortable, friendly, and the room is spacious, worth it around 100 thousand.

The staff is very friendly, and the location, although tucked away in a 50-meter alley, is strategically located near Malioboro. The facilities are excellent.

good, but not soundproof. so if someone opens the door from another room you can hear it. the room is not clean at the window. overall it's good because it's close to Malioboro, a 5 minute walk. the place is also easy to access, just go into a little alley. love it if you stay here. the staff is also friendly. the lady is very friendly, but why did I see in the comments that someone said the lady is not friendly? maybe other visitors can't respect people? / they just have bad mouths. 1 minus, at night there is no one to guard it, right? because I was teased by guys in front of the inn, actually I could have sex if I wanted to but yeah, I'm too lazy to find a problem love it if you stay here, tomorrow if I go to Jogja I want to come here again

I stayed here for a week and it was really comfortable. It's also perfect for introverts like me. It's close to Tugu Yogyakarta Station and Malioboro. With a relatively cheap price, it's highly recommended. I'll definitely book again when I go to Jogja. The staff are really great, they feel like family.

10/10 Great location, great rooms, and friendly staff. Perfect for a vacation or just a layover, as it's very close to Yogyakarta Station. Here, for a very affordable price, you get mineral water and a full range of toiletries. There's a smoking area on the third floor with a pretty cool view.

Very convenient, and close to everywhere for access.

❗staff in whatsapp-customer-service is not friendly, ❗we cannot choose the bed (up or down) even when it's empty, ❗and be careful of some Paederinae on your bed. its more worse than bedbug if you got bitten. I need almost 2 weeks until my skin become normal again after it :(

After checking out, you can leave your belongings, but unfortunately you can't go to the toilet, even just to change clothes.

I got a room for 6 people, and the girls and boys were mixed, there was no prior notification or explanation.

Hi Hotel Penak Malioboro! Im actually happy with your service, the lady was so friendly and good at explaining everything! But i would love to have a warm water shower at night after i had alot activities during the whole day that would be nice, with the strong water from the shower too. Unfortunately i couldn’t have any of that and disappointed for that one. But thanks for the explanation after in the morning. Could be better you explain it in front when we check in and not really shocked hehe. And also, i ve got some bugs, like ants, spider, and bed bugs on the pillow. That’s not really nice i guess.. but overall after i cleaned all good! Thank you for. Good luck!

It's a nice place to stay if you do backpacker trips, so I'm definitely will book here again in the future.
