For improvement yes... 1. the building and environment are poorly maintained. the back of the grass is quite high and there are many useless items there. 2. the outside environment of the complex is not very.. dark, dirty leaves that are not picked up rot in front of the house. from the first time I arrived until I went home no one cleaned it. 3. the bathroom smells.. this is the most disturbing.. 4. the stairs are dangerous, if you bring small children they can fall.. because there is no guardrail... like other units.

The location, the house is very comfortable. Close to everywhere. Close to the city, close to tourist attractions. Comfortable house. There is YouTube TV. Good service. Need fast gas. Cocok untuk keluarga (saya 5 orang dewasa dengan 4 anak kecil). Ada 2 kamar dengan masing-masing 1 double bed. Dan ternyata ada 1 ekstra kasur busa juga, lumayan buat anak-anak sambil rebahan depan TV. Sofa juga bisa buat selonjoran. Kamar mandi ada air panasnya. Dapur minimalis ada panci sama penggorengan, sendok, beberapa gelas sama piring. Bisa lah buat sekadar masak mie atau goreng-goreng telur. Dispenser air panas juga nyala. TV dan Wi-Fi nyala, yang terpenting rumahnya bersih rapi, ada area terbuka di belakang. Pemiliknya responsif sekali, ramah dan gercep kalau ada apa-apa. Alamat mudah dicari, dekat kalau mau ke Cipanas atau ke pusat kota.

Villa ini tanpa AC dan Garut ga sedingin dulu, cuma dapat kipas 1, bakalan gerah banget kalau semua pintu ditutup, jadi mesti buka jendela malam-malam. Aqua galon ga bisa diganti malam-malam, jadi kalau sudah sore mending langsung request. Pintu masuk ga cocok buat lansia, karena mesti naik tangga yang ga landai.

Here are my some suggestions of improvement for Mutiara Home Villa: 1. Please fix the water heater, cause sometimes work, sometimes not. 2. Please replace the blackened cups with new ones, because some people could be afraid to use them. 3. Please put one cupboard in each bedroom, so the guess can hang their shirts in their room. 4. Please implement the outside cable TV channel, so the guess can have more options in watching TV. 5. Meanwhile the others house equipments were looked clean enough. 6. The owner of the villa was friendly, she can be contacted anytime.

The place is okay, but the environment is not maintained. Early request for check-in was also rejected. and check-out is accelerated, far away tourist attractions. A minimum of 45 minutes walk to tourist attractions. Find shopping is difficult, Alfamart is a bit far away. Drinking water tastes like raw water, so replace the aqua gallon yourself. But for a place to stay it's okay. It's convenient according to photo 1 again. The ones who don't know everywhere. Whatsapp chat does not appear. So it seems unprofessional, thank you.

Suitable for families, the place is comfortable and clean. All the items inside are well maintained, if it's there in the summer, the drawback is only air conditioning, but overall is very good!

The rooms and other rooms are quite clean, the owner is also very friendly and pleasant. The condition of the house according to the photo displayed. There were no mosquitoes even though the door was open. Just no wardrobe to hang or put clothes on. It seems messy because there is no cupboard for storage.

The place is clean and comfortable. the view is beautiful and the environment is friendly. The owner is very welcome and always makes sure we don't get lost towards the location. Facilities are also complete, hot water, TV, WiFi, cable TV, There is a small kitchen that can also be used for simple cooking. Suitable for family stay because of the atmosphere, feels like home.

I stayed there for 3 nights with friends and we had very good time there. The facilities are like described on the website. When we checked in, the staff was there to hand in the key and the villa was already tidy. Good condition of amenities. We’d love to stay there again if we come back to Garut one day. The staffs are very helpful and fast respond.
