The first time I entered the hotel, the lights went out, without lights for an hour, the toilet water couldn't be turned off, when I left something behind, the hotel said it wasn't there, even though it was clear that the item wasn't brought because after checking out, they didn't take it out at all.

I've been a regular customer, the staff are nice, the place is comfortable, just need to change the towels for new ones... I've been here several times but the towels are no longer suitable for personal use. It's okay, but how can hotel-grade towels be like that?

The hotel staff is friendly. However, I was a little disappointed, the room description in the app was incomplete. The room description appears after payment is made. So I had to upgrade the room price with an additional 100 thousand for a room that I think is far from comfortable. The bathroom has no hot water. Only 1 towel was given even though there were 2 guests in the room. Thank you.

For an overnight stay just to lie down, it's OK, the location is quite far from Braga but close to Dago. The security guards are very helpful and friendly.

Good and very budget friendly. Recommended for those who want to transit. The room is quite clean, the AC is cold, the WiFi is good, there is hot water, only the TV can't be turned on.

The AC in the room is not cold. The cupboard is dusty. The sheets, blankets, and pillows are yellow and dirty. The wifi is fast. There is a dispenser to fill water. There is a deposit of 100 thousand which will be returned upon check out.

According to the price, actually overall it is clean but the color of the sheets is already brownish but the scent is like it has just been washed in the laundry. But in this modern era, it seems like stains like that can still be washed clean using some kind of liquid.

We were not given a trash can, towels, tissues, 1 cup, even though there were 2 guests. The receptionist was not friendly, the hallway smelled fishy🙏
