The place is clean, beautiful, unfortunately for us as Muslims, the person who received us was carrying a dog, we were afraid of being contaminated by its filth, so we couldn't request to stay again.

Now we have a favorite place when visiting Jogja. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, previously we only stayed one night we decided to stay longer. Moreover, the satisfying service from the owner is very friendly. Here the bedroom with each bathroom makes us more comfortable. And a place that offers views of the rice fields, the location is only 150m. From the northern ringroad of Yogyakarta. The most memorable thing is that we get a very special breakfast, at breakfast while enjoying the view of the rice fields. For sure we will stay here again when we come to Jogja. The room was good, but a little dusty because it seemed rarely used. The air conditioner was not cold at all even though I had turned on the fan too. I estimate there are only 2-4 rooms there. I was a little surprised at night, it seemed that at that time I was the only guest staying overnight, and there was not a single hotel clerk on duty there at night, there was no receptionist, security, anything. I am a woman and totally alone in a hotel in the middle of rice fields, can imagine how scared I am. Then when I wanted to check out the next day, the hotel clerk came with his pet dog who immediately licked my feet even though I was Muslim and this became stingy for me because I had to purify. Very unfortunate for a hotel with that price.

Not recommended. like old buildings, there are ants in the rooms and bathrooms. the entrance is rather drag, not too clean.
