Furqan Quest House looks like it has not been maintained anymore, it is rundown and gloomy.

very cool, close to the beach

the place had a wanderful view of the ocean, especially from the top floor. you can definitely catch the sunrise (it was cloudy at the time so no sun set for me). the place is a little hard to look for since there is no signs indicating that it was a home stay (it got blown away by the wind). the room was good, a little cozy, but i manage. the bathroom was clean, the fan worked great though a little noisy, the mattress could be a bit firmer but it ia comfortable. For a person who is on a budget, this place is great. the check in time was flexible wich was great because i had to put my bags there so i can do other activities. The place is close by to shops and food stals. 8/10 would recomend

the staff is very friendly and helpful in providing comfort. although we stayed in a fan room, thank God it felt cool and cold.. the room is big and the bathroom is clean and very fragrant.. the only thing lacking is the quality of the bed.. not soft enough.. but it's worth it with the price of the room which is cheap but very comfortable.. thank God, thank you Ustad Furqon.. may Allah SWT broaden your sustenance, aamiin..

My experience was far from satisfactory. The property is in dire need of maintenance. From broken amenities to unhygienic conditions, it was clear that the standards of this hotel are not being upheld. I strongly recommend that the management consider a temporary closure to resolve these critical problems and bring the facility up to an acceptable standard. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

Not maintained, smelly room, bathroom not cleaned, no facilities in the room

from the beginning I didn't expect much for the price of 105 thousand to get a lodging that is close to Iboih tourism. With that price, I got the top room on the 3rd floor, it was really tiring to go up (not recommended for the elderly) but the view was the best, the room was still decent, with a fan and an inside bathroom. For the elderly, it's better to take a family room, it's okay.

If you want to stay next to a pile of garbage on a broken mattress that sinks 15cm when you lay down on it, this is a great choice

There is no receptionist, you have to wait a long time to check in, the officers are not friendly and polite. Very dirty room.

Padahal sebelumnya udah konfirmasi jam check in. Eh saya sampai kira-kira jam 8 malam kamarnya blm ready. Nunggu staff hampir 30 menit, nunggu di bersihin kamarnya 30 menit. Jujur kecewa sekali karna kita udah kecapekan dan mau lgsg istirahat. Saya booking yg family room 2 malam dgn harga yg gak murah tp gak worth it sama sekali. Pelayanan staff gak ramah. Kamarnya bau apek kyk udah lama gak di pakai. Pintu, jendela, kamar tidur, kamar mandi semuanya berdebu dan kotor. Dibawah tmpt tidur banyak sampah. Toilet kotor. Lampu remang-remang dan kedap-kedip. Air minum berlumut dan bau, udah complain tp gak diganti. Perlengkapan makan minum gak ada sma sekali, minimal ada gelas, piring. Perlengkapan mandi jg gak ada, handuk, sabun. Karna high season idul fitri jd udah full dimana mana. Gak ada pilihan lain selain stay disini. Aduh gak lg lah saya stay disini. Malu saya sma keluarga saya. Mereka percayakan ke saya untuk book hotel karna saya hotelier. Tp pelayanan yg keluarga saya rasakan sangat-sangat buruk. Untuk ownernya tolong di perbaikilah. Terima kasih

Penginapannya view-nya langsung Iboih 💘, kamar-nya paling atas yang pakai kipas jadi agak ngos-ngosan sedikit, owner/pekerja-nya ramah x, extra bed cuma nambah Rp50 ribu 💘, tempat tidur empuk, kamar mandi bersih 🥳.

Bad guesthouse. This place should be banned from any travel application. Overprice and does not deliver. No towel, no toilet paper, no remote for AC, no wifi, dirty bedding, no clean water, no drinking water, no hospitality. These people are thieves. Dirty and unsanitary.

On the 2nd day of Eid we ordered here and then applied it ready, that way until the room turned out to be empty. Very disappointed management please fix it.
