I like everything. Except for the comfort. Regarding the AC. I had a feeling because the check-in process was a bit long and the officer looked hesitant when I reconfirmed the AC. After checking in, I didn't dare to unpack my suitcase because I was worried that the AC wouldn't be cold. After an hour, I complained and they sent a technician who checked for quite a long time. I was told to wait again. Finally, I was tired of taking care of the AC until more than 5 PM. I had to sleep sweating. Next time, pay attention to guest feedback, especially those who are very sensitive to temperature. Don't blame the hot weather. The AC should be cold everywhere.

The staff and service during check-in were friendly and helpful, and they even offered an early check-in, even though they actually arrived early to store their luggage. Thank you. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom floor was very slippery after splashes of water, so you had to be careful. I asked for a replacement mat, and the housekeeping staff offered to clean the room (since I was staying another night), but I asked them to just clean the bathroom. The breakfast menu was quite varied and had a variety of flavors to choose from. However, I would recommend the F&B floor leader or manager to monitor each menu more closely. If a menu item is running low, they can refill it immediately without having to wait until it's completely empty, especially during peak breakfast hours (where all the tables are full).

The room AC temperature cannot be controlled even though there is a temperature setting, maybe it is not working, the temperature remains cold so it has to be turned off, if it is a bit hot it is turned back on
