Friendly staff, fast check-in & check-out process. If you go to Bali by land, you have to transit at Illira, there is no elevator to the basement.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights including breakfast. The staff were super friendly and kind, the cleanliness was good, the security was good, the location was strategic, and the rating was almost perfect. But the breakfast was a bit lacking in my opinion. It just tasted a bit off, like the taste was unclear, hehehe, sorry 🙏. The variety was also lacking in the western food section.

Staycation with family at Illira Hotel. Loved the view of the Bali Strait, relaxing on the balcony while admiring the scenery. The room had a connecting door so I could keep an eye on the kids too. The breakfast was top-notch. The swimming pool offers mountain and ocean views. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved it. Next time I go to Banyuwangi, I'll stay again.
