The position is very close to Ciwalk, but I feel that if you walk, it's a descent when you want to get to the apartment and a ramp if you want to get out.. I was just surprised because I had to go down the stairs and not directly stop in front of the lobby.. but you can also enter through the basement if there is already one. access to take the elevator .. I got a room on the 22nd floor, there are 2 rooms in each room, the beds are top and bottom .. the room is nice, just because it's almost at the top so it's hot during the day ..

Kamarnya bersih, admin responsif, cuma handuknya kurang 1 padahal kami ada 3.

Ukuran kamar: bisa bertiga tempat tidur nya, namun akan sempit sekali. Luas kamar studio lebih pas untuk berdua. Fasilitas: barang barang sudah lama, lemari sangat kotor dan sepertinya tidak dibersihkan rutin. Untuk toko lengkap di lantai lobby ex alfamart, warung nasi, laundry dan sebagainya. Suasana: untuk akses lift selalu ramai, sekitar nya agak kurang nayaman. Namun akses ke kota mudah.

Untuk unitnya bagus, fasilitas di dalam kamarnya lengkap, dapat kompor sama gasnya, dispenser, handuk. Mantap.

The toilet is not clean. The room is very small for 3 people so it feels cramped. The room floor is also not clean. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms. My mother even saw a cockroach. Please correct the deficiencies. The atmosphere of the apartment is also a bit crowded, so you have to queue if you want to take the elevator. The TV remote also jammed, the batteries were not replaced.

If you go to Bandung, looking for 2 cheap but quality rooms, just come here. For a cheap price, you can get 2 full rooms. Complete facilities. Refrigerators and others. Clean rooms, nice furniture. Thank you jardin by erwin. Keep it up and improve.

Semua berfungsi dengan baik. Air panas untuk mandi, dapur lengkap, lift. Kami dapat di lantai 22 di sudut jadi pemandangan sangat indah bisa lihat Kota Bandung. Dekat dengan Ciwalk dan Zoo. Kekurangan cuma satu. Kami dewasa 2, anak 3 tapi dapat handuk cuma 2. Kalau bisa handuk disediakan sesuai jumlah pesanan. Btw, maju terus Erwin Tiana pertahankan service yang baik.

Puas banget menginap di sini. Untuk 5-6 orang cukup banget. Pelayanan Mbak Tia baik banget. Kondisi unitnya rapih semua fasilitas berfungsi, dekat kemana-mana. Next time akan nginep lagi. Recommended pokonya buat yang butuh penginapan harian buat bareng teman-teman/keluarga.

Terima kasih, pelayanan ok banget, sampe lokasi belum jam 14.00 tapi sudah bisa langsung check in, pelayanan yang ramah. Lokasi strategis untuk hang out, tinggal jalan kaki ke Citywalk Cihampelas. Next pasti nginep sini lagi kalo ke Bandung
