After staying in a so-so room in the previous hotel, this is definitely a huge step up! Love how comfy and clean the room is. Feels like you stay in your own house rather than in a hotel (well, it's actually a guest house, so yeah), the room smells so good. Even with the extra bed, still have a lot of room to move with 3 people in. Bathroom is clean and the water heater works well. Extra point for the cute friendly kittens around the house. Thanks Junggo Tentrem, you're on the top of the list of my hotel option when it came to staying in Malang 🥰

Overall baik, namun beberapa masalah kebersihan kecil, seperti bercak pada selimut dan fasilitas kamar mandi. Dan lagi, TV tidak ada sinyal, jadi tidak bisa ditonton.

Tempatnya jorok kotor, bau asap rokok dimana-dimana, kamar kecil & pengap, tidak sesuai dengan gambar yang dipasang di aplikasi, staffnya juga tidak ramah, sangat tidak sehat.

Lokasinya strategis bgt. Deket ke pusat kota dan tenang banget. Pelayanannya excellent, kamarnya bersih banget ada bath tube nya jugak. Pokoknya rekomen banget, harga cocok di kantong tp kenyamanan, kebersihan, pelayanan dan fasilitas top banget. Kalau ke jogja bakalan kesini lg sih.

Kamar mandi bersih tapi licin, kasur agak terasa gatal, tidak ada sabun mandi dan sikat gigi. Tempat tenang, tidak dekat dengan keramaian di dalam perumahan.

Setara dengan harga, cuma pas dapat kamar yang wastafelnya bocor, gagang pintu mau copot.

Negatif: - Laci-laci di desk agak kotor. - Channel TV tidak banyak yang tersedia. - Wifi tidak full jaringan di lantai 2. - Malam hari agak berisik. - Wardrobe agak kotor. - Ada noda di selimut. - Flush toilet tidak berfungsi. - Beberapa bagian kamar mandi kotor. - Wastafel kotor dan salurannya sedikit bocor. - Water heater butuh waktu agak lama untuk memanaskan air. - Handuk cuma 1, padahal menginap berdua.
