A fairly comfortable hotel alternative to the Aston Purwokerto. The rooms are comfortable, the building is relatively new, the location is easily accessible, and the parking lot is spacious. The lobby is quite comfortable. The food is quite varied and tasty. However, the cleanliness of the hallways is a bit lacking. The carpet is dirty, which should be cleaned since it's a new hotel. The air conditioning in the hallways is also not very cool, tending to be stuffy.

It was a wonderful two-night stay at the Grand Karlita, with no complaints. Friendly service, spotlessly clean rooms, delicious food, and well worth it. I'll be a regular when I visit Purwokerto.

Ordered a deluxe room to get a connecting room, but it was sold out. I was disappointed because I brought a small child. The restaurant service was also less responsive. I asked for a seat for breakfast but they didn't find it. Hopefully they will be more responsive in the future.

Second time staying here and always a pleasure
