The room smells stuffy, is not maintained, the AC is not cold enough, the mattress makes your body itch, and it looks like it is rarely cleaned.

The bed smells musty, the sheets have been changed, but the mattress smells of sweat for a long time. The TV has no broadcasts, just displays.

When entering the room, the room was dirty and not cleaned, there was still trash, bed sheets, dirty cigarette butts on the floor, no towels or blankets available.

When I arrived the room was not available, so we had to pay for another room. As far as I know, when we pay for the room, it remains our right, very disappointing.

The check-in process is really simple and hassle-free. The atmosphere is cool and very suitable for staying.

Get a room where the air conditioner is not cold.

Hot AC, no toiletries, no GARBAGE, EXPENSIVE parking!

Just one time and I won't come here again 😁 I usually stay in local hotels there too, but because it's full and I'm very tired I want to rest so another option is to stay here. I thought I would find the stay quiet and comfortable, but it turned out to be beyond expectations. When I just entered the room, it smelled very strange. Pillowcases and bolsters look dirty. There are no blankets, not even towels, stove and gallon water, thank God, there are no cutlery and cooking utensils. I don't know whether the apartment is really cooking and eating utensils, you have to bring it yourself from home (?) When you open the refrigerator, it's very smelly and dirty. In the refrigerator there are lizards that are either alive or dead. Please improve the service again, yes, I greeted one of the receptionists there only with a blank stare. The plus value is only the father of security who is friendly and smiling, always healthy, sir. 🙏

The hotel is not clean, toothbrushes and towels are not there.

The place is comfortable and access to traveling is a lot. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, the check-in process is also simple.

Complained by my friend, because the owner didn't want to open check-in at 3 in the morning.

Once the check-in is ready, the employee / receptionist doesn't know where to go, wait for up to 1 hour. Once inside the room there are no toiletries, no blankets, no drinking water, small toilet water. It's a special service.

The room is dirty. Shower doesn't shoot water forward but sideway (broken). Filthy sink. No water in the dispenser. Poor tv channel selection. Dirty bed pillows and blanket. I found a cockroach on the sink during the second night of my stay. Will definitely not come back again. The service is also poor as the "receptionist" was rude

We really enjoy staying at this apartment because the place is quite spacious and clean, also the location is strategic for everywhere. The officers and security guards were also friendly and happy to help.

Enough to spend the night here.
