the hotel venue/view does not match what is displayed

Good location & close to tourist attractions

The room smells dusty. The sheets are dirty. The towels are dirty. You have to rent towels and AC. It doesn't match the picture. It's very different. It's not habitable. I want a refund but I'm really tired. It smells of urine.

Google reviews are generally bad, so here's my objective review. 1. The location is right next to the Heroes' Cemetery. Easy access, but a bit cramped, but cars can fit in. 2. Parking is cramped. It can fit 4-5 motorcycles, and 1 car, but you can park outside the hotel. 3. You have to add 50,000 IDR to the AC; if you don't, you can't. 4. Towels add 15,000 IDR. 5. I stayed in a family suite. The room was spacious, with a king-size bed and a sliding bed, which was quite comfortable for the kids. Yesterday, the bottom sliding bed didn't come with a sheet, but I asked for one and got one. 6. The bathroom was damp, so I didn't bother taking a shower, hehe. 7. There were no toiletries, but that's understandable for a price under 200,000 IDR. 8. There was a small balcony, but it was dirty, but it was still safe. 9. There was a TV, but it wouldn't turn on, and the TV set-top box didn't work. 10. There's Wi-Fi, but it's a bit slow. Overall, if I'm looking for a budget-friendly stay with a group, I'd definitely stay here again. It's very affordable if you're just looking for a break, not a staycation.

I don't know why people have such bad reviews, but I really enjoy it here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Best of all, the location is absolutely fantastic.

Disappointed because there they added money because of the AC rate even though I didn't want to use the AC because Malang was already cold but was still forced because the rate paid from the application was below 150 NOT ACCORDING TO THE APPLICATION. Suggestions for hotel facilities, especially bathrooms, for the shower, maybe it could be checked more often because when it's clogged, the water that comes out is small.

Unfriendly staff, musty smelling rooms, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, musty smelling blankets, lots of dust, lots of sawang. Not even 2 hours have checked out, room number 35, thank you.
