We highly recommend staying at this hotel, both for its serene views and perfect for unwinding and refreshing, as well as the friendly service and delicious food. You don't even need to leave the hotel to find a good meal.

It's quite good for accommodation in Kayong.

A very memorable place because you can see the sunset from the room, super beautiful. Open the balcony in the morning, the air is refreshing. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Hopefully it will continue to be improved.

I've ordered a room with a request for 1 bed twice, but I always get twin beds. They said that if you order on the app you'll only get that room. So what's the point of having a request?

Wanted to check in but waited 30 minutes for the receptionist because of Maghrib prayers, there were other employees but they didn't know anything about check in and check out.

Friendly & polite service, early check in is also possible; The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean; There's just no water heater but that's okay; cold AC and smooth + clean water; The view from outside the room is nice, especially at sunset; Quiet, not noisy at night; Breakfast facilities are okay and tasty; The room service facilities are okay, there are only a few menus that you have to confirm the availability of when you want to order from the restaurant; Overall service OK [Room 208].

Looks like the best hotel in Sukadana with a very good view. The rooms are quite comfortable and the service in general is very good. Keep moving forward at Mahkota Kayong Hotel, always provide the best service for customers 👍.

Supposed to be very nice hotel, now it has become rather old hotel. Still nice though. But the price is rather high for the current condition.

There is no hot water, the shower water stagnates, the bed is flat, the hotel view is good.

Service is lacking, breakfast can be up to no rations.

AC is not cold. The sheets were dirty and couldn't sleep because it was itchy. The toilet floor is flooded.
