Coincidentally, check-in time was around 9:30 PM. The staff at the time was male. However, when I arrived, the receptionist's attitude was less than welcoming. She had her feet propped up on a chair. When asked for my room number, she simply replied, "That's over there." I hope this will improve in the future.

the hotel staff is friendly, the place is quite quiet close to the famous satay. From the satay statue, go forward a little and there is a gate to enter there, when you enter the room it smells clean and everything is washed clean, it's really amazing with a budget price but the service and room are really good, suitable for those who don't like crowds because the location is a bit hidden gems, if you go to pwk, you will definitely stay here again. hopefully it will always be crowded and continue to maintain the room service and service
