Strategic location, close to the mall and very good and friendly service.

It's okay if it's just one person, but it's not suitable for two people because there's no privacy.

Not recommendedfor girl because they do not have private dorm for woman. And also so noisy.

It was my first time ever to be in Johor Bahru. The receptionist guy was very nice, friendly & helpful, for sure. I asked for upgrading my room & he offered me the most suitable as I wanted, and also really informative regarding facility information & he lent me a charger (my universal charger plug didn't work). Room was okay; clean & tidy, comfortable enough so far. It served standard room facility like mineral water in a jug, coffee & sugar. The bathroom, no comment, just okay. The bed, cozy & comfy like I could sleep 24 hours. Thank you!

The room is ok. Cool aircon, clean bathroom, but no room for prayer. This is malaysia, then provide the necessary facilities such as prayer rooms.

For a quick transit, i opted to stay with dormitory. Reasonable price and great for a short stay. Every bed equipped with privacy blind curtain, personal dimmer light and two sockets. There is a ironing section which is very helpful. Room for improvement : The cleanliness in the bathroom/toilet area and the ventilation in it.
