The hotel atmosphere is the best, really cool.. Highly recommended for staying in Sukabumi... Bring your family, the kids are really excited, it's really cool, from the swimming pool, coffee shop, etc... Don't forget the hotel staff are very responsive in serving, the best hotel.

The hotel's location is close to the city center, and it's just a short walk to the beach. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is quite tasty. I stayed in a superior room, which was quite compact and comfortable, but the TV reception was poor.

Breakfast was delicious, everything included fried rice, fried noodles, fried foods, and meatballs. The place is comfortable and has a swimming pool. Toothbrushes aren't provided, even though the room costs 400,000 Rupiah. You have to bring your own. There's an Indo minimarket and an Alfa nearby, so you can buy them there. Hot water is available, but not hot enough, but sufficient for just bathing. The ocean is a bit far; you can't walk to the beach; you have to take a motorbike or car. There are no designated smoking rooms, so smokers have to leave their room or go to the designated smoking area, which is quite far from their room. The hotel staff are all friendly.

Stayed at the Karangsari Hotel and got a room right next to the swimming pool, the kids loved it, access to the hotel is directly from the main road, the food is pretty good, the price isn't too expensive either.

It was really exciting, the staff were all friendly and efficient. When it was raining, they helped us with an umbrella, which is extraordinary and deserves appreciation. It's rare to find hotel staff that are this friendly.

There are several interesting photo spots, the food is delicious... the facilities are quite good... although I chose the shared bathroom... it's quite good... you just have to queue to shower with others... so far so good

Stayed in room 402, got parking in front of the room. The room is still the old version but quite spacious. The hotel staff is very responsive in helping when looking for parking and if there are complaints from guests. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit slow. But overall it's okay because after the complaint is immediately followed up. There is a swimming pool for children, and there are pool watch officers who are always on standby at the edge of the pool. The breakfast menu is also kids friendly. So for those who stay with family, it's quite satisfying. The fish curry is GREAT 👍👍👍 must be tried if you stay here. Moreover, there is a coffee shop that provides children's favorite ice cream. If you want to play in the sea, it's not too far, just cross the main road in front of the hotel. Hotel wifi is available but it's very difficult to connect. What's impressive is that the check-in and check-out process is very easy 👍. The hotel's cleanliness is extraordinary 👍. The suggestion is that when breakfast is quite crowded, there needs to be more tables and chairs and at night there might need to be simple live music entertainment so that those who are too lazy to leave the hotel don't get too bored.

At an affordable price, you get breakfast, a swimming pool, close to the beach, and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, there's no hot water yet.

It's super comfortable to stay here, all the staff are friendly, they immediately respond to help when they see guests in trouble, the food is delicious, the best, you won't regret it.

Recommended hotel if you want to stay around Pelabuhan Ratu, strategic location, good service, clean and aesthetic hotel atmosphere at night.. next time I will stay here again with my family.. I stayed in deluxe room 308, got the one under the car parking in front of the room, really great..

Ordered food at 9:00 PM, but orders from 8:30 PM were not responded to after repeated calls. The hot water in the bathroom was not working.

A mid-range hotel near the center of Pelabuhan Ratu with complete amenities and clean, simple but functional rooms. The only downside is the Wi-Fi.

The deluxe family room is spacious...great...only the breakfast menu in my opinion lacks variety

Recommended place for a staycation with family, based on Google reviews... and it's truly highly recommended. Strategic location on the roadside, close to the beach, clean hotel, clean rooms, clean toilets, cold AC, clean swimming pool, good breakfast, although the menu isn't extensive, it's really good. Very friendly staff, ample parking, not too noisy, and a serene atmosphere, no club-like atmosphere. And most importantly, the price is pocket-friendly. I booked through Traveloka for a family room for 4 people for only 800,000 Rupiah + breakfast. If there were 10 stars, I'd give it 10. Hopefully, I can come back here again with my family for another staycation. DON'T HESITATE TO STAYCATION AT KARANG SARI HOTEL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Good luck, Karang Sari Hotel
