The Wi-Fi couldn't connect at all, the data packet signal on my cellphone also disappeared when I entered the room. There was no electric kettle in the cheap room type, unlike other hotels at prices below 200 thousand which already had an electric kettle, fast Wi-Fi, and a data packet.

The hotel's location is close to everything. The bedsheets were covered in dirty spots, but thankfully they weren't itchy. The bathroom floor was clean, but very slippery. The toothpaste provided seemed expired. 😂

Second time staying here, there is a coffee cafe downstairs, the market around the hotel is quite complete, the price is quite cheap according to the facilities.

Clean, large room. However, noise from outside or other rooms is still audible (not soundproof). Wi-Fi is slow. No kettle in the room. Quite far from the city center.

Strategic location, comfortable and clean. When I checked in, the pillowcase was a bit dirty, and the room light was flickering. However, the staff was quick to replace it. This could be a good budget hotel option.

5 days staying at this hotel, the hotel location is close to eating places, in front there is a large supermarket, the room is not soundproof (chairs moving, cellphone vibrations on the table in the next room can be heard and wakes you up at dawn)

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is clear and good. The rooms are clean. I've stayed three times and have always been satisfied.
I hope they'll have a water heater in the future so I can make coffee in my room.

A few years ago, I was happy and satisfied with this hotel's service, but now I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and only used it for 1 night because the shower water tasted like moss. Hopefully, this will be a concern and improvement for the hotel management.
