I’m really unhappy with the condition of this homestay. The toilet is very dirty and unhygienic — it’s clearly not up to basic standards. This is not what was promised, the room had very bad smelling.

So comfy and good facilities. Near to food place and Alor Street

A nice, clean, and friendly apartment. Everything is provided, and you can easily get food just downstairs. Hopefully, I'll be able to vacation in Malaysia again and stay at this Robertson apartment again. Thank you.

The location is very supportive and close to anywhere, if you go to KL again, you must come here again 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The hotel staff is friendly, the counter is open from 8 am to 2 am. The security is incredibly safe staying here.

The best place to stay. Clean. Easy access. Room and hotel facilities are very adequate.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. When I first arrived, the unit was clean, but they only provided one towel even though there were three of us. I contacted the admin, and they said the other towels were still in the laundry and would be delivered the next morning. The next day, I waited, but nothing came. After I followed up again, they still said the towels were in the laundry. I complained because the night before, the three of us had to share one towel, which was really inconvenient. The towels finally arrived around 11 a.m. I also had to request garbage bags several times (chatted three times), but no one sent them, so I ended up going downstairs to get them myself. Quite disappointed with the service — I don’t think I would stay here again when visiting KL.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, the room is not very clean and there are lots of ants. The toilet is not very clean, the second room only has a fan and not air conditioning... The elevator also takes a long time to wait.

This apartment is good, clean, and very close to the shopping center and easy to get food.

Overall it was very good. However, the room we stayed in had no water coming out of the washing machine.

A very kind male receptionist (forgot his name) served me sincerely. Good service!

The reception staff was quick to respond, and the room was quite spacious. However, towels weren't provided during my stay. I probably forgot. The noise from the train was enough to make it difficult to sleep soundly.
