The room was very hot and the AC didn't work, the room had no windows at all. It's true we sleep like in the oven. Very unpleasant. Service is not good.

Bed sheets and towels are less clean.

The hotel facilities say there is a TV when checking in, there is no TV, which is very disappointing.

This hotel really unexpected, they don’t have elevators. So if you have luggage you have to lift it up. Secondly in the bathroom they don’t have hooks to place your towel or clothes when you go to shower. And most make feel not comfortable, in the last day I stayed I don’t have water in my room. They have some problems. But it’s take too much time to fix it. I going to work without taking shower!

I like this place to Staycation with this hotel.. good service good room and clean.

Early check-in lights went out. Only 1 towel, no toiletries and mineral water. Paid parking. Cannot move rooms or select rooms, even though rooms with dirty mattresses have scars. TV signal is not good.

The bed was not clean, there were lots of stains on the blanket and the sheets were very much. The bathroom is dim, there is no drinking water available in the room, Hopefully in the future this hotel can be cleaner for the convenience of the customer!

although muraah y should have bed linen and pillowcases and blankets to be considered ... must be clean and look not dirty, it seems to be completely worn and not replaced. come here again ... ?? think about 10 times ...

Cons: My experience is getting a room on the 4th floor in the inner corner. lots of mosquito kids in the bathroom, the bathroom smells rancid, lots of hair. to get to the 4th floor is quite difficult because they have to climb stairs. there are only indosiar tv channels and metro tv as well as foreign channels 1. clean in the outside area, apparently not clean inside. its advantages: hot water from the water heater is good, ac is functioning well. convenient vehicle parking. Suggestion: Prioritize cleanliness of all areas, routine spraying should be done so that mosquitoes die.

The sheets and blankets from the first came dirty the second day were told to replace it was not replaced blankets of lots of blood, the bathroom a lot of hair, the second day was not cleaned.
