The front desk staff had no service mind, were unwilling to answer questions, and dared to argue with customers. They waited until 2 PM to check in, but no one came before. The hotel doesn't care about customers, probably because they think customers will stay all the time because the view of the pool is beautiful. That's all there is to it. But the service is not comparable to Thailand, even though the price is not cheap at all. Very bad.

Big hotel located to Sunworld. Walking distance but must climb few stairs - tired. Cold and warm pool. When we stay they give us at level 2 - not good view. No balcony. I think it is overpriced

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access major tourist attractions. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, professional staff. Except the TV is too old, can't use Youtube or watch Netflix.

The hotel room is beautiful, clean, fragrant, has a great bathtub. Breakfast has many dishes, delicious.

The hotel is good. From the balcony of the room you can see the furnicular train to Fansipan. The food is delicious & lots of variety. For younger children, additional fees at CS 😇.

The service was satisfactory, we checked out and even got snacks to eat on the way 👍.

Kamar luas dan bersih, dekat Gereja Katolik, dekat Gedung Sun World Fansipan (pintu masuk untuk cable car), makanan enak, staff ramah, kolam renang indoor & outdoor, gym, karaoke.

Have stayed here many times. Every trip to Sapa Will always sleep here. Good service, clean rooms, good atmosphere. Includes a variety of breakfast bags. and it tastes delicious
