A brief review of our one-night stay at the Suites. 1. Welcome drink is only available on weekends. 2. During our stay, we experienced three power outages, with the electricity tripping. It was very annoying. 3. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. The exhaust fan was on, but it didn't go away. 4. The swimming pool is shared with the general public. 5. The swimming pool facilities are covered in moss and not well maintained. 6. The hot water in the shower had to wait up to 10 minutes to heat up. 7. The sofa in the room was peeling; it would be a good idea to fix it. 8. The food was delicious, suited to Sundanese tastes. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future. :)

I often stay here, but it seems like the facilities and cleanliness need to be checked a lot, the faucet is broken and rusty and the bathroom smells bad, it seems like it needs to be renovated, before every time I came here it was the most comfortable for the family, now the water is not very hot anymore And the bathroom in particular needs to be repaired because it is very crowded with visitors and sometimes they even run out of room reservations

The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly. The bathroom also smelled because the bathtub didn't have a drain, just a PVC pipe.

A good hotel for a staycation with family. My wife and kids love staying here. The pool is warm and there's a hot tub too. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is quite complete and varied. The only downside is the wifi isn't that fast. Otherwise, everything is okay. Thank you.

weekday get vip room at 500 baht 👍 the room is quite comfortable, spacious too but I'm not comfortable with the bathroom, it smells really bad but for those who are short on time but want to go on vacation, this is a great place according to budget

Overall, I like staying here, but unfortunately, the barbecue area is not well maintained, dirty, the dining area, the tables are dusty, the bathroom is also a bit smelly, the first room also doesn't have a lock, I'm a bit worried because bringing small children can easily open the door for the type of Bali 3 villa, those are the points that need to be improved.
